Cons
The mop does not lock, so every so often while mopping, you're mopping much lower in an instant. The head flips around and the fibers get tangled and stop any smooth mopping motion.
O'cedars website says return to retailer for 90 days, but amazon says my return period is over. Do not be fooled. Streaks is the result!
Mop bucket is flimsy and topples very easy. It must be reviewed by the creatives to be redeveloped. I am extremely disappointed that it is not useable in the current state.

The handle has 2 separate attached extenders and works well for me being that i am only 5 tall but could see how someone who is taller might have some issues

The reason i didn’t give 5 stars is because its advertised to come with 3 mop heads but only came with 2 which is a bummer

The design of the mop head allows you to use it along baseboards edges and confined spaces

It is a bit like a tension rod where you have to twist it counterclockwise to loosen it and clockwise to tighten it after you have extended it to the length you like
