Pros
The ease of use is my favorite. Convenience 100%. Other than that, this is a good product that everyone should have in their home!
This mop absorbs, wrings out extremely well. It cleans well and best of all the micro fibers stay clean with a good rinse of clean water.
Cons
The mop head snapped off the first time it was used. It has to be disassembled to wash it in the washer. I try to wring it out by hand, but still it's a big hassle.
The quality of the product is horrible unless the one i have has a defect. O-cedar is well aware of this scam. Never buying this brand again.
I'm very disappointed with a reputable company that put out such junk. Real expensive junk.
