Pros

Equals or passes my favorite broom of 30 years. It is lightweight and easy-to-use. The handle comes in three parts which screw together to make it easier to ship. This makes for easier and more cost efficient shipping with less packaging.

O'cedar mop system is fabulous. Picked up very fine debris like flour, salt, baking messes & even dust bunnies.

Cons

The bristle is too soft/flexible and wouldn't last long at all. The broom easily disassembles, by unscrewing the handle. The point at which the handle connects to the head is a weak plastic annular cuff that was obviously engineered to break.

Big complaint with the broom is that it ultimately failed me after a month or so. Terrible purchase. Not the manufacturer's fault. Not happy. Dislike, broke in 2 weeks at base.
