Pros
O'keefe's working hands cream is a life saver for me during the winter months, my hands get so bad that they start to bleed a little around the nails. This cream fixes even the worst of the cracks and dry skin overnight.
There's zero greasy feel, it just soaks right in. Unscented, non greasy. If you apply it just before bedtime, your hands is softer and i dont feel greasy at all.
I have dry, cracked hands especially this time of year and this is a game changer. Discovered this gem while working retail in the winter months. Use this on one of my heels that got a crack in it. Then use a paper towel to remove any left over.
Cons
Hands look less dry after using it but they're still incredibly flaky. Does not hydrate that well. Didn't leave hands feeling moisturized.
This is by far the worst best hand lotion i've used. I looked up reviews from the us amazon page and lo-and-behold, there are countless reviews of users who found the amazon bought versions were sketchy.
Once it dries, it leaves a chalky and tacky feeling on my hands. It leaves a sticky residue, a handprint on everything i touch afterward.

Pretty unfortunate and annoying to deal with, but that seems to be the cost of curing dry hands and it's one i'm willing to pay.

Like nearly everyone else in this review section i bought this for some pretty severe dry skin on my hands after several other lotions including some higher end ones failed to produce any meaningful improvement

I dont know whats in this stuff but boy does it ever work shockingly well in fact resulting in a night and day difference after just a few days of using a couple times a day

Its not even just the typical soft greasy feeling that most lotionsmoisturizers leave that goes away after 2030 minutes its very unique and hard to describe i might say it feels almost slightly sticky but thats not an all encompassing description
