Pros

I’ve repurchased this product several times now and will continue to do so - it’s amazing! Will continue purchasing. O'keeffe's is an absolute miracle and has completely transformed my hands.

Using this product just a few times overnight has softened my skin considerably. Helps heal cracked hands in a day or two. Now i use it every night and no more cracks, and my skin is so soft.

The product is a little thick at first but it easily absorbs into the skin within minutes and does not leave any oily residue. It is not greasy or slimy which is another reason i love it.

Cons

Hand cream in the large tube is like a thin watery lotion, not a cream. I hesitate to buy it through amazon again since i am not sure it is the true o'keefes or a copy cat. Eucerin cream is far more effective.
