Average size 5'9 170 lbs, fits great & is not restrictive. Got a large. This vest fits and adjusts well. No more soggy, worn out, uncomfortable mis-matched life jackets.
This life vest from o'neill earns a respectable 4-star rating from me.
Cons
Do not under any circumstances buy this product. This is a bit deceiving.
Yikes, sizing way off on this jacket. It was ordered as a 3x and is an xl at best. I wear a xl or xxl t shirt and the xxl is so small. This vest is not neoprene as it appears in the picture.
The foam backing on the backside of the life vest folds over inside the vest and therefore becomes extremely uncomfortable. There is no way to reset the foam insert to where it suppose to be. Also, the actual flotation material inside is still the sam... Read More

Very sturdy, thick foam and the fabric is strong.
There are 4 thick, durable, and adjustable straps with heavy duty clips along the chest.
Very light and fits with lots of adjustment available in both directions.
Feels like you can do alot and not even realize you're wearing it.
Price
Light weight fits good and at a great price.
They are expensive but work well, great for paddle boarding.
Kinda expensive for this product but material just okay.

Wanted something for vacation but put off ordering this one came just in time and worked perfectly.
Couldn’t believe it was delivered saturday morning and i ordered it friday afternoon!
Life vest showed up on time and the fit was slightly larger than i expected, i returned the vest as a result.

I packed it my luggage on a airplane flight along with a snorkle & flippers.
