Pros

Living in florida, sunglasses are almost mandatory. Salient these sunglasses are great. They meet the ansi z87 shade rating.

They fit well on my average-to-large-sized male head. They fit snug, and keep things from being too bright. They're not too tight like a lot of sunglasses are and don't give me a headache.

Yes oakleys are a little pricey but if you don't lose them :), they will last you years. They look cool, i receive compliments on these every time i'm out and about. And lastly, they're lightweight.

Cons

At best these are real frames with replacement/knockoff lenses. There was also no foam inside the oakley case. I suspect the item was counterfeit product placed in the original manufacturers box.

Quality

My rootbeer and bronze lens flak jackets are still going strong after 5 years and by all accounts, have many more years left in them.

This sunglasses are really good, also i tested with sand in dunes and it didn't scratch at all.

The frames are made of lightweight, stress-resistant o matter and the lenses of pure plutonite.

The flak jacket uses unobtanium rubber on the nose pieces, temples and ear stems - and as a result stick even more with perspiration.

Price

Can't beat the price and having prime!

Yes oakleys are a little pricey but if you don't lose them :), they will last you years.

If you're like me and never wanted to spend money on more expensive sunglasses, do yourself a favor and invest in these.

I just wish oakley polarized lens weren't so expensive.

Packaging/appearance

Came with all the right stuff, including a spare pair of nose pieces.

Competitiveness

I have other more expensive glasses but these are my favorite and i wear these the most.

Way better than buying from retail shops and oakley themselves.

I previously had a pair of the livestrong oakley xlj's that i ironically lost at this year's livestrong ride in austin.

I have no idea if these are worth the price, there are other cheaper polarized uv reduced lenses out there.
