This closet * is what it needed to be. The stainless steel * rotates to enable you to properly orient the hold-down bolt holes. I like it better than the thick pvc flanges and will never use a metal that rusts!

Cons

This product is misrepresented. Description says “ kit includes all bolts, nuts, washers and gaskets” but i received only the * thats all.

I used stainless steel screws to fastened the flange to the subfloor through holes drilled through the porcelain tile
