Cons
The rubber gasket pops out when tightened. This renders the product as useless, as it does not expand and create a seal within the pipe.

It fit well with the old cast iron pipe and was tight and durable.
Super easy to install and leak free
After about a week of use, (toilet pulling side to side on the bolts, which are in the pvc flange, those bolts cracked the flange.
This product squeezes the rubber between the plastic which expands so the flange seals inside of the 4" metal flange that is in your floor.
Price
We have old iron pipes and this saved us 2500$$!
Saved a ton of money with those product.
Was not paid for this review or receive at a discount.
Altho i did find it a few dollars cheaper at home depot.

This product came overnight on a saturday to sunday, and it came in time for me to work on it.
This arrived fast and i'm sure would have done the job.
