I didnt even put a dent in the flux

This worked quite well but even after doing it four times im still not sure what makes it spread out over the seam versus just sitting as one big blob

It was same temperature and same amount of flux i sanded all surfaces to the same condition yet sometimes it immediately produced nice seam and sometimes i had to heat it up to some extreme temperature before it started to flow
