One pack has 20g protein which is a good amount i just wish they were a little less calories. It's a breakfast that keeps me full instead of wanting snacks right after eating. It is like having dessert for breakfast!

The shake itself is super chunky but not bad at all. It's a nice sturdy airtight bottle that stands up to vigorous shaking. Pretty interesting and nutritious shake.

I dislike the price, why capitalize on what's giod for your health. This one just misses the mark. This gives me the impression they only share positive reviews.
