I had a strenuous day working out side in the heat and felt great properly fueled.
Overnight oats aren't exactly hard to make, but these really make it so easy to stay in the habit and they taste great!
If you are expecting mass-produced microwave packets of oatmeal, overly sweet and processed you will not like these.
Put the milk in first and shake the crap out of it.

I would have loved to try the coconut cream pie mint chocolate chip and so on but they have whey in it
