Pros
Not a nick or damaged piece. Put etched glass on the table, looks great. These are very sturdy and amazing quality.
The colour is so pretty, it is rare to see a grey set with white cushions. The cushions are comfortable and they can come off for washing. I wish they made a matching chaise lounge chair!
Perfect fit for balcony. Looks great in my lanai. Fits perfectly on our small front porch. It fits one ~50lbs dalmatian in case you were wondering. It is cozy to chill in for reading or whatever.
Comfortable and sturdy enough, not the sturdiness but still good for then. They love the feature of the stools being compact enough to slide under the chairs. It's pretty sturdy and is comfortable.
Thank you oc for returning faith to consumers that a company really cares about their customers with both a wonderful product and unbelievable follow up service. Can not beat the price.

The gray wicker is sturdy as well as beautiful.
The product is not made for anyone over 5" 9.
One of the parts for the chair was missing a hole in the piece.

The price is excellent for all these pieces.
It looks amazing and is most comfortable, exactly what i was looking for with a very fair price.
Even with the cost of shipping, was still cheaper than what i was finding in the local stores.

I reached out to the company 1st by phone and number goes dead, i sent multiple emails with no answer.
Had an issue, company got back to me right away and took care of it.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was terrific, 6 pieces in one box, well organized and wrapped.
This did not come with the throw pillows that are displayed on every image of this product.

Make sure screws go on straight tightening to tight unalligned will cause other holes to be off time me about an hour by myself
