Pros
Good patio furniture at a good price. Thank you oc for returning faith to consumers that a company really cares about their customers with both a wonderful product and unbelievable follow up service.
The colour is so pretty, it is rare to see a grey set with white cushions. I wish they made a matching chaise lounge chair! I wish it came with the alternative cushion covers.
Put etched glass on the table, looks great. Looks great in my lanai. Looks darker in person than the photo but still really nice looking.
Comfortable and sturdy enough, not the sturdiness but still good for then. My only complaint is that having the ottoman lower than the seat of the chair puts pressure on my back.

The gray wicker is sturdy as well as beautiful.
The product is not made for anyone over 5" 9.
One of the parts for the chair was missing a hole in the piece.

The price is excellent for all these pieces.
It looks amazing and is most comfortable, exactly what i was looking for with a very fair price.
Even with the cost of shipping, was still cheaper than what i was finding in the local stores.
Shipping
I reached out to the company 1st by phone and number goes dead, i sent multiple emails with no answer.
The set comes in two shipments so don’t think it came with missing pieces!
Had an issue, company got back to me right away and took care of it.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was terrific, 6 pieces in one box, well organized and wrapped.
This did not come with the throw pillows that are displayed on every image of this product.

No toss pillows were included but i bought 20x20 outdoor pillows for the chair backrests on sale and they look better than the ... Read More

To answer a few questions ive seen yes the footstool do fit under the chair if you remove their cushion and no the colorful back pillows do not come with set
