This completely solves this problem by allowing you to set the angle of your snorkel according to where you have it mounted on your mask

When i first pulled it apart i thought i was going to break it because the hook and loop mechanism used is that tough

I store my mask in its plastic carrying case to keep it neat and protected which means i am constantly putting a lot of pressure on that snorkel tube for no good reason
