Pros
The clips to attach to the side of the headset are also tight with cushions which prevents any damage versus the 3d printed clips. It also feels more secure and more comfortable than the original strap that came with the oculus.
Headset fits almost anyone from a beady headed 5 yr old to a giant melon having football player. The back portion of the headset seems to be designed to rest on the top-most rounded portion of your head instead of below.
Cons
Plastic is brittle and feels like it could break when tightening it. Doesn't keep the headset close to your eyes, doesn't keep it secure on your head (the back keeps riding up because there's nothing to secure it) the nose cover does little to nothing... Read More

The padded forehead bar is not at all adjustable! Which, again, severely limits the ways you can adjust it.

Anyhow when i did try to play my vr would not stay turned on i tried everything short of turning it in somewhere to get the internal battery replaced

Then i did one last search turns out all that was need was to trim the excess rubber from the top of the rubber face guard thingy as otherwise it interferes with a sensor and it will keep your headset from staying on
