Im 134 lbs and wear a medium but always go to a large with this type of fabric since i dont like athe supertight 34feel34

For these though i recommend going up two sizes as the bottom of the legs is quite narrow and kind of squishes the thigh flesh into a bulge at the bottom of the legs

They are compression shorts and are tight but your skin still breaths so you cant even feel them
