The included pads are enormous and kind of flatfloppy so if you have small breasts youll want to replace them with something thats a better shape for some definition

The pads simply slip into pockets and i love that theres no shelf bra because i find them incredibly uncomfortable but if you need some kind of a band for support there isnt one in this tank

I really loved this bra when i first opened it and put in on especially bec i find most bras really restrictive and cut off lymphatic flow but not this one
