Pros & Cons
Pros
Excellent grip and a little additional padding. There is always a balance to be struck between sliding a foot and holding a position. Scratches easily, but has held up so far.
Cons
The quality is not so good.
Highlights
Quality
Im using it every day to train clients online, very good quality.
Time will tell how it wears well but so far i am really pleased with this purchase.
Two person yoga is feasible but nothing more energetic with the proximity.
Competitiveness
The mat can fold and roll up into a large camping chair bag, along with a heavy-duty tarp.
I use it for mainly dumbell workouts in my living room on a wood floor.

The ties for rolling it up are very annoying difficult to get on and do not keep the ends of the roll secure

It’s not slippery and thick enough but not spongy

The very first time i used this yoga mat i actually tore the material with my heel and made a hole and scuffs

I would advise to practice quite gently to avoid scuffing with your heels or trainers if using as a fitness mat but it was the only one of this size 200cm x 130cm

Though if i was being totally honest i could do with it being a bit wider

One snag is the string they give you is useless as the mat is so wide its almost impossible to keep the mat rolled up as the string handle ends up pretty much in the middle and nowhere near the ends
