The flipper fits my feet great. It's also very easily adjustable. But the fins on the other hand, are a different story. The fin is a great length.

The off gassing is terrible and lasted for two days. The fins are ridiculously tiny.

They didn’t try make excuses about the issues we raised instead they immediately acknowledged them asking us to submit pictures offered to resolve our issues and promised to make improvements on the items for future customer satisfaction

They seem to be disproportionate in sizescale to the mask in my case they were way too small almost like they are for a kid

Hopefully it was just a mistake in my case and they accidentally packed the wrong fins in there
