This is a solid bar good handles that arent too squishy and every knob across it moves independently not a solid cover like some are that rolls as a single piece

Though there was some confusion re the description of the item and the photo what i received was only the muscle roller stick not the stick plus the foam roller and massage balls

The knobs on the roller seem to loosen tight muscles as the roller is moved back and forward on the body
