Pros
Soft and comfy. Perfect cushioning and grip on the floor. It's slippery in down dog if i sweat, so now i add a towel overtop.
The colour blue is a bit more subdued than in the photo, more of a dark denim blue which i actually like better. Similar large matts can get very pricey.
It's not the thickest, but it's dense and is comfy for working out on. Thickness is just right, non skid and the foam bounces back great.
Cons
There's one flow, and that's the stink. It smells horrible. The whole room stinks now because of this one mat.
