The size is fantastic for all my workouts without having to rotate it depending on the exercise. Nice and big for burpees and easily has enough space for barbell and plates. Perfect size for doing anything from yoga to burpee and lunges.

It's slippery in down dog if i sweat, so now i add a towel overtop. It's soft and comfy and it’s very spacious. Great on the feet for comfort during hiit training. Provides pretty good traction for the hands.

This mat is perfect for running, jumping jacks, squats and stretching. It is true to size, just used dumbells to get the curl out at the end. Need weights on until it relaxes.

Perfect cushioning and grip on the floor. It's not the thickest, but it's dense and is comfy for working out on. Thickness is just right, non skid and the foam bounces back great.

It provides plenty of room for every pose i do. It's great for one person, may be tight for two. I have really bony knees and while this mat is really soft, i still like to throw another yoga mat on top to reduce the impact on them for certain poses.

There's one flow, and that's the stink. It smells horrible. The whole room stinks now because of this one mat.
