Pros
The size is fantastic for all my workouts without having to rotate it depending on the exercise. The padding is sufficient on my 38 year old knees. Perfect size for doing anything from yoga to burpees and lunges.
Reviewer says it's very durable and not slippery. Provides good traction for the hands. Comes with a towel to add to theovertop.
Soft and comfy and it’s very spacious. Only thing is it curled on one end need weights on until it relaxes. Adds just enough cushion on my cement basement floor.
It's not the thickest, but it's dense and is comfy for working out on. Foam tile replacement for becoming too expensive.
Cons
This mat is stretchy, not what you want in a yoga mat. There's one flow, and that's the stink. The whole room stinks now because of this one mat. Don't waste your money.

For the price you can’t go wrong.
It's cushioned enough and for the price, you can't go wrong.
I don't know about durability, but again for the price i'll take it!
Competitiveness
They use them as a playmat and when they're finished they roll them up for the night.
Great on the feet for comfort during hiit training.
