I find it better for pilates than for yoga, but when my body is warmed up, it does become easier to get a grip on downward facing dog. The thickness is just right. The density also helps with cushioning.

This is nice and subtle. For the price i got it when it was on sale, it’s definitely a steal. I only wish it hadn’t shipped with minor damage.

Lays out flat and not slippery. Standing poses are steady and it doesn't slip on the floor. I keep mine rolled up for storage and it rolls out flat just fine.
