The thermal compression feature helps generate heat, promoting sweat and aiding in slimming the tummy area. Great base layer for the bigger guys or someone loosing weight. Itdoes the job though and i look slightly slimmer.

If you wear a xxl t-shirt and is not exactly form fitting and snug but still very slightly loose and almost snug then in this garment get a size xxl. I’m 6,2 230lbs and got an xxl and i feel like it fit good.

Putting it the instructions that come with it say you put it on by stepping into the neck opening then pulling it up your body. Getting into it is a challenge (feet first people), and removing it slightly easier.
