Im 6’0 235. I’m 6,2 230lbs and got an xxl and i feel like it fit good.

Putting it the instructions that come with it say you put it on by stepping into the neck opening then pulling it up your body. Getting into it is a challenge (feet first people), and removing it slightly easier.
