This vest is incredibly comfortable to wear and provides great support for my midsection. If you wear a, say, xxl t-shirt and is not exactly form fitting and snug but still very slightly loose and almost snug then in this garment get a size xxl.
Putting it the instructions that come with it say you put it on by stepping into the neck opening then pulling it up your body. Getting into it is a challenge (feet first people), and removing it slightly easier.
Cons
The material is itchy and doesn't even match the picture. I usually purchase xl with no problems, but these shirts are ridiculously small! It looks like kids size 5. Esperaba algo que moldeara la figura.
