Pros
The fan doubles as a power bank to power your phone or other device in a pinch. My only gripe is that the battery capacity is 7,500mah. The only real gripe/con that i have is the placement of the charging port.

The fan comes with a remote control, which can be both convenient and a bit of a hassle if you misplace it. Infrared remote allows you to turn the fan or lights on or off and adjust the fan speed or brightness of the led banks.
The pocket in the back of the fan to store the remote is really nice - it fits with a degree of friction so it won't fall out or get lost when you're packing your gear. The remote control is a wonderful bonus & has a pretty decent range.
Cons
The remote is tiny and made of very cheap plastic. That defeats the cordless use option. If it was soldered at all, it wasn't soldered well and became dislodged.
