Pros
The visor is large and provides more coverage than goggles. Only problem is i don't see how to buy a replacement lense when i eventually scratch them. This makes for a great helmet with a visor that doesn't fog up or cause your glasses to fog up.
It has a somewhat mirrored finish with a brown tint. I wish they had yellow visor options available. Worth every penny.
Chin strap is nice nylon with a cloth cover. I typically ski or snowboard on sunny days and it's ok to have some air breezing in. There was some strong wind particularly on the lifts.
It's comfortable and lightweight. Verycomfortable and light weight.
The ear pads click in snug and are very warm. About the only thing i'd like is that add the ear pouch so you can put bluetooth speakers in.

The adjustment screws tend to loosen causing the visor to move up and allow moisture in from above and are tough to tighten during use
