Highlights
Quality
Very happy with the purchase, would recommend to anybody looking for a six pack or just to improve back strength and a stronger core.
Make sure you hit the studs through the plywood with the lag screws or you're going to get hurt.
I went through the plywood into the studs with the hooks.
Packaging/appearance
I had to go to the the hardware store and spend an additional $40.

They work but when doing leg lifts my arms slide off the side pads and the bat that supports the back isnt tightly fitted in its slot so it will rotate 12 1 when you first put pressure on it until it stops then its fine
