Pros

Unisex insoles, for both men and women. Dryness and odor control. Easy to cut to size and fit into any shoe.

Cons

This purchase was escalated via amazon return dept. Refused to issue a refund because it was tried on.

When i take my foot out, the cushion insole comes out too. Constantly bunching up and shifting whole walking. Cutting the sole to fit the shoe is easy, but these soles get displaced and are soggy after a light walk.

Not only does it not get rid or any odor, it has absolutely no traction so it constantly bunches up in my shoes. Do nothing for odor.
