I am amazed at the speed of this laptop, coming from a 7 year old lenovo x61 it is night and day difference.

I disabled the track pad and only use the track point or an external mouse

I have not had the laptop long enough to get an idea of battery life the indicator shows around 6 hours when i first unplug but i have not actually tested it
