Pros

The seat is cushiony enough where my bum doesn't feel like it's been flattened by the end of the day. The cushion is thick and the instructions were clear. Not soft, but comfortable on cushion.

One of the screws i need to screw in the seat is faulty. Given that they are packed in the middle of the carton filled with bubble wraps, it's highly unlikely this occurred during shipping.
