Pros

These wheels are much nicer than the original wheels that came with our chair. They are a huge upgrade over the stock plastic wheels you get with all office chairs. Replacing the wheels made an amazing difference in the chair's mobility, and sound.

There was no need to pay $400 + for a new chair, all i needed was new wheels.

Well worth the money and i highly recommend.

Amazon immediately made it right and the new set was perfect.

So, i came on amazon looking for replacements and found these wheels we're universal.

The contacted me right away and sent me another set of wheels two days later.

Packaging/appearance

They come nicely packed, they look awesome, very easy to install and they work like a charm.

Comes on a pack of 5 which is what you need for better chairs.

Competitiveness

Not sure how they compare to the more expensive brands but these seem to be pretty good quality.

Roll100% better than the hard plastic wheels that came with the chair but i might try a different brand of same type next time.
