Pros
These are excellent for my home office that has 12 ceramic tile with 1/4 grout. My carpet is medium-height, builder-grade with loops. It rolls better with no weight for sure.
Easy to install, look nice, and made a slight improvement. The aftermarket accessory is considerably better than the one that comes from the original manufacturer.
Cons

Tried to find a link to contact seller and could not. You have been told, buy at your own peril. My advise is if you get them, put them on immediately, so you can return them.

Wheels roll very easy on tile floorseasy to install and sturdy
These are extremely well-made and deliver smooth motion on my carpet, which is usually harder to roll on that a hard chair mat.
I purchased for the sole purpose of getting better rolling on carpet, sadly this does not happen.
Bought these to replace the casters on my old chair, which had become clogged with pet hair and no longer rolled.
Price
If you’re having trouble moving on your mat or carpet, this is a great and inexpensive solution to upgrading your chair.

This could be due to the age of desk chair and its general wear and tear but part of the reason i purchased was to avoid buying a new chair
