Pros

The chair is well made, sturdy and is great if you have lower back issues. The color is very orange and clashes with everything in our house. The wood is awesome; great quality and wonderful natural fruit wood color.

The product was packed very well. Took 45 minutes to assemble and all parts were neatly packaged. Easy to assemble. Then attach the back and arms. Broken arm can be easily repaired.

Good with a tweak or two. Otherwise looks good. Very excellent chair.

Cons

The wood is nice but construction of the chair is horrible. Sending it back is too much of a pain to return so keeping. It's inexpensive because it's cheaply made.

The caster wheels are very cheap and made out of brittle plastic. The base joints were not glued and loose out of the carton. Casters very hard to install.

Caveat emptor. In the picture the chair is much browner than the very yellow chair i received. The picture features a darker wood than the orangey color you will actually get.

I ordered roller blade wheels (which are now offered with the chair) and i'm glad i did.

This chair is not your typically poor quality you might expect from the pacific rim.

My office is decorated out of the 1930s-1940s and this chair fits right in!

Was a 1/2 hour trying to figure out the defect.
