Pros & Cons
Pros
It has enough adjustment to it that you can make it fit most any reasonable height and tilt. It has all the required controls that will allow you to adjust it to your body and posture.
This one is comparable to the one i had in the office, and those were very pricy. I just hope it stays this way and doesn't compress too much over time.
It is supportive, it is ergonomic. The lumbar support isn’t intrusive like some can be. I’m 400 lbs and this thing is super comfy for long sewing/ crafting sessions.
Assembling the chair was very easy. Easy to assemble. If you have a ratchet set you might want to use that as the included allen wrench is a bit problematic on the rearmost screws/bolts that attach the seat.
Chair is very sturdily constructed. The color is a warm white with a slight yellow undertone.
Cons
Impossible to assemble. The screws go into holes with metal pieces that the screws screw into. The only thing that works well is the wheels.
Highlights
Quality
The assembly instructions were clear, the quality seems high, and everyone love to use them.
I am impressed with the durability of its construction.
Feels more japan in quality honestly at least in terms of the cushion and support once you get it dialed in.
Nothing wrong with the casters that come with the chair; but the roller blade wheels move more smoothly.
Price
The price was a little steep for me but i think it was worth it.
I was initially disappointed that the price was higher than i planned to spend, but the quality of the chair dissipated my doubts.
Shipping
Shipping was free, though not two day prime (it got here in about a week), and it arrived in good condition.
Competitiveness
I bought this because i needed a heavy-duty chair with no armrests and a focus on proper posture.
I will have to admit that i bought high-quality replacement rollers at the same time i bought this chair.

The box itself had a bit of a funny smell but that didn’t transfer to the chair at all
