Pros
Kudos to the company on the logistics of this chair. It is easy to assemble and very sturdy. The leather like cover seems very sturdy, and is a very beautiful deep color.
Yes there is lumbar support and the faux leather is great quality. The casters move easily on carpeting. I have bone diseases and i'm pleased with my the amount of cushion it has.
Cons
The padding is *very* thin. If your intentions are purely decorative, and nobody will seat in it, the price is acceptable, but only as a decor.
My main complaint is the base loosens and begins to knock and squeek when you sit in it and move forward or backwards. Becomes louder by the day and very annoying. It leans forward.

The wooden base that the seat cushion is attached to is held to the metal post with four wooden screws

If you shift your weight frequently i can see where these four screws will loosen up over time and strip out of the wooden seat base
