Pros
Every part of the chair seems adjustable including the height and width of the arms. The levers make it very easy to adjust.
Nice, heavy, and sturdy. The bolts use a 5mm hex drive, and the seat pan ones also can use a 10mm socket. Just be sure to have an electric drill with a hex bit.
The seat cushion is exceptionally nice; firm, and springy. The backrest is solid, the mesh firm and supportive. The mesh back feels firm enough to support, but is breathable and a bit flexible.
The seats are very comfortable and adjust for almost all body types. It is very comfortable once you fine tune the adjustments to your body and posture. I'm delighted to say it is as comfortable as i hoped it would be!
Cons
The back is adjustable but many times when standing up the back will travel all the way up and come thudding back down. The forward tilt lever constantly comes loose. There are no screws to bolt the seat to the base.
The packaging and scratches on parts of the chair make me think it wasn't new. I am angry at the manufacturers of this thing and at the sellers, who portray this as some kind of 4-star item. What a rotten deceptive sham.

This chair is amazing for this price point.
This is a great purchase and the price was good.
This chair priced under $200 has more features then more expensive chairs costing hundreds more.
That's what makes it worth the $$ and effort.
Shipping
The purchase came 2 days earlier than expected and it was packaged well for shipping.
Competitiveness
Other online vendors were more than double and triple the cost of this vendor.
It does more than some of the more expensive chairs i've looked it.
I wish chair companies would lower the chairs more.

Several of the hex bolts that attach the main mechanism to the bottom of the chair seat had to be turned about 16th to 14th of a turn at a time based on their location and one in particular had to be done at an angle to boot
