Everything is adjustable. Same for the base tilt.

The seat padding has a great cushioned feel, but with very good support. The seat pan cushion is thick, very good quality and comfortable.

Great value with a lot of features you'd expect from chairs costing 2-3 times more. I feel good about the prospect of it holding up over time. Some parts will far outlive others.

This chair is more comfy than any gamer chair on the market. It supports the back and head with attachment.

Cons

It is disgusting that amazon allows such subpar products to be sold here without unlimited return dates. After receiving the package, i was sorely disappointed. Circling back 2 months later.

The chair is very heavy and difficult to fit. The cylinder seal appears to be poor. The parts feel like they are made from lime cast iron. It is very difficult to find parts that are close toresembling this chair.

The seat has a definite sideways tilts and there's no apparent way to tighten or adjust. The arm rest slack to allow easy raising or lowering, are very loud as is the slack in the easy slide seat.

Well made, comfy seat, adjustable arm rests which is good for a tall person, supportive back rest.

Great back support, and the cushion is perfectly soft/firm.

Arm wrests are hard rubber and hurt your elbows after a day of use2.

Regardless of the access issue for the seat screws, the chair takes less than 30 minutes to unpack and fully assemble.

Price

It is an excellent value for the price.

It is everything i hoped for in a home office chair and for $200 it's a terrific value.

I changed to 5 since it is a good value.

Try to catch this on sale and you will not be dissatisfied.

Customer service was super rude but i got the missing screws 8 days later.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was a little sketchy, but all parts were undamaged and none were missing.

Competitiveness

This chair has an extremely strong chemical like odor brand new, very similar to new car smell but times ten.

The 2nd one replaced a less expensive chair that had inadequate cushioning in the seat.

So supportive and more options than any other chair and i’ve tried many expensive chairs trying to find the right one.
