This is the second office star chair that i have owned

The first one lasted over 10 years of continuous usage before developing cracks in the seat vinyl

One of the many screws would not go in and had not been inserted correctly by the manufacturer

Just remember this is a large item and unless there is something really wrong with it you are probably going to just live with any smaller defects rather than go through the hassle of returning it
