Extra axis helps to level the extrusion bar preventing your prints from leaning as you go up in height. Ensures your z access is lifting at a even level across your print.
Cons
Even worse, the power button and wires for the lightbar are on the opposite side of printer, meaning the wires cant reach the motherboard.

I have an ender 3 s1 plus and this bar does not fit by default i had to print myself some extension brackets to make it fit but thats not a knock on the light because it isnt made to fit my printer

Luckily it came with covers to hide the cables that run down the frame

I rarely write reviews however during the installation i pinched the wires and created a short ruining the wires
