Pros

Cutting print time in half without sacrificing quality makes this an incredible bang for your buck upgrade. Securely packaged.

It is completely plug and play. Using marlin 1. Drivers do the job first class. I am not technologically inclined either, but i got it done without any trouble.

The included boot loader is great because it made updating the firmware to th3d very easy. This is one of the best upgrades i ever made for my ender 3 a must. Thats another upgrade later.

Cons

Eeprom data is stored to the sd card instead of internally. This renders a lot of my slices and calibration gcode useless since it relies on m600 and other similar commands to pause for bed leveling and filament swaps. Upgrading firmware and running a... Read More

I'm at my wits end with this thing, i suspect in a couple of years it'll be an alright product.

But almost dead silent now even with the fans running.

Competitiveness

If you have a supported creality printer, this is a must have, features that turn it into a brand new machine.

Easy instalation plug and play with bootloader built in if you choose to upgrade.

I still think this is not a plug and play item, but in creality's defense i am using this with a tronxy x5sa which is not their product.

I prefer to use cura with the moonraker plug in, rather than the supplied creality software on my ender 3 s1 pro.
