When i got the battery it was in a sealed tight bag

I took it out of the bag placed it in my 3ds only to discover there was something stick on it why i posted a picture of the battery inside the 3ds also for the fact if you zoom into the picture the sides of the battery wrap looks like they are coming off there is white spots at the end like the it has been scratched or knocked around a few times

Comes in way too big of a package for what this is but thats how amazon shipped it not the actual product package

Having heard so many stories about batteries in electronics catching fire and such i didnt feel safe buying any 3rd party batteries

Update on the first order they shipped me the wrong battery so 1 star review

Even when the battery was fully charged it would start blinking red and shut off for no reason

He test played it for over 2 hours straight and it only dropped one bar of battery power
