The sleeve is lose, and all the holes don't line up with the all the buttons, but it dose make for a comfortable hold on the controller.
Literally the only downside is that my xcloud clip doesn't quite fit properly with the grip on the controller.

Ive managed to get both on at once but the clip still pops out if you dont get it on juuuuust right

Also it remains to be seen if the clip is compressing the grip or if the grip is putting extra stress on the clip
