Pros
The most important criterion for the new scale was that it resolve to and be repeatable at a fraction of a gram. In my everyday baking i often have to scale out quantities of yeast of less than one gram.

Thought it was a bit pricey at first but you get what you pay for

The evidence comes from cases in which ive scaled too much into a plastic container and have to remove some of the ingredient to get to the correct weight
