Pros
Ladder is easy to carry around, not too heavy, and really sturdy. Much beefier and heavier than i had imagined (not a bad thing), and the operation is as simple and smooth as it can be. Easy to attach to rv for travel purposes.
It collapses into a compact form for easy storage as well. You have to guesstimate how many rungs to extend for partial extension.
This ladder works great. Very happy with this purchase. Very pleased. Highly recommend ohuhu.
This ladder feels and looks sturdy. Perfect for my weight, approx. Very adjustable height and the ladder itself is very sturdy.

This ladder is very unsafe and dangerous. Didn't have a stable base. Was slipping on hardwood and lino floors.

Unfortunately after 7 months just outside return window and maybe 6 or 7 times being used the dampening mechanism and closing mechanism on the lowest rung broke

Instead of slowly closing on that rung it drops and slams to a halfclosed position where it wont retract any further

So far my review has gone from 5 stars initial impression and uses to 1 star gutted that it broke after just 7 months back to 4 stars because the company is great and im hopeful the replacement will last longer

Im also going to tear apart the broken ladder and see if theres a relatively easy fix for the improper collapsing problem which seems to be a relatively common issue

I just dislike how you have to close it all the way down first before you choose a shorter length from full extension
