Pros

Multipurpose, lightweight, sturdy, just enough give and our knees are happy. Great kneeling pad for maintenance duities.

Cons

Bought these to kneel on while working, they're very uncomfortable. Marginally better than just kneeling directly on the floor. My husband is a plumber and these ended up in the garbage.

Off-gassed (smelled bad) for a day when i took it out of the plastic but that went away.

These are not soft pads so if you're looking for cushioning don't get them.
