These are generous sized and comfortable. Great for rotating and never need to worry about not ready to go. The straps are wonderful.

With the ice pack strapped to my leg i get more ice around my leg, which keeps the swelling down better. Wish it came with 2 sleeves with straps as it only came with one sleeve and straps.

Quality of the pack is top notch. Great coverage for both areas. Love the flexibility instead of a bulky block style. I have about 5 different ice pack contraptions and this is hands down the best!

Cons

The goo is really hard to get off of clothing. I’m hoping the 2 i got are defective.
